A series in NYC designed for the ACTUAL adult beginning ballet dancer.
Are you intimidated by the idea of a ballet class for adults? Afraid the level is not going to be as advertised? Have you wanted to try ballet or return to it after years away? Then this is the class for you!
Designed for ACTUAL beginners, this ballet series will provide a sense of mastery and understanding of the basics of ballet technique. Dancers will learn terminology, musicality and develop the skill to execute a ballet class in an encouraging and constructive setting. Each week builds on the last to ensure dancers feel confident navigating ballet class at the end of the series.
This course is intended for adult dancers 18+ who have never stepped foot into ballet or are looking to refresh their knowledge after some time away. We will start at the very beginning and build from there!
The series is designed to be taken once a week. You have the option to attend Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. Both nights will run on the same schedule.

The Fall 2026 Actual Beginner Adult Ballet Series will run from the first week of August to December 16th.
