Virtual Private Lesson
Whether you are a beginner or are stepping back into dance after some time away, Private Lessons are an excellent way to train and move. Ballet teaches body awareness and coordination. We will strengthen muscles, build flexibility while consciously focusing on every muscle group. These are beneficial for any age group! I like to keep lessons imaginative and positive, so regardless of age, b e ready for some fun!
